Your data — four promises
Business systems and ops work mean handling your important data: customers, sales, field records. Here is how I treat it — promised up front.
1An NDA, always
Before any work begins, I sign a non-disclosure agreement. I can provide the template, or use yours.
2Trusted storage, one pair of hands
Your data is stored on reputable services, and only the principal has access. It is never passed to third parties.
3AI only within agreed bounds
Where a system uses AI (like drafting reports from photos), I explain in advance which data goes where, and for what — and use it only within what you've agreed. I choose settings that keep your data out of model training, and confidential information is never entered into it in the first place.
4Returned and deleted at the end
Handover docs and data stay in a form I can return at any time. At contract end, everything is returned and my copies are deleted. If anything ever happened to me, the work is kept in a state any other developer could take over.
Privacy
Information sent via the contact form (name, email, message) is used only to respond to your inquiry and never shared with third parties.
Personal data entrusted to me in the course of a project is handled per the four promises above. For especially sensitive data, the transfer method (encrypted files, dedicated folders) is agreed per contract.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookie-free measurement that does not identify individuals. Only anonymous page-level counts are collected. One cookie is used solely to remember your language preference (Japanese / English); it is never used for analytics or advertising.
Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives basic device information (such as your IP address) when a page loads. When you view a work-in-progress page via a private preview link, one additional cookie is used to keep the preview open (it expires after 24 hours).
