So we can care for each pet one at a time, we work strictly by appointment. Please book through our online form or by phone. If we have an opening that day, we're happy to take walk-in daytime care too.
To protect every pet's health, we ask for proof of core and rabies vaccinations (for dogs). Please make sure they were given within the past year. For cats, we ask for core vaccinations as well.
Absolutely. A veterinary nurse is always on site, so we can care for senior pets and those who need medication. Just tell us about their health and any medicines when you book.
It depends on size and coat volume, but plan for roughly 90 to 180 minutes (see the price list). We'll arrange drop-off and pick-up times when you make your reservation.
Of course. Bringing their regular food, favorite toys, or a familiar blanket helps them feel more at ease. If there's any medication, we'll look after that too.
