Job Description

Two open roles

Both are built around set routes and set tasks. So even with no experience, once you've got the routine down, every day runs steady.

Full-time🚛

Route Delivery Driver

$48,000–$68,000 / yr + quarterly bonuses

Fixed local routes serving supermarkets, stores, and warehouses in the area. No long-haul, no overnights away from home. You'll drive a van or truck matched to your license class.

  • Routes stay within about a 20-mile radius — nearly the same run every day
  • Loads move on roll cages and pallets; hand-loading is kept to a minimum
  • Paid CDL training (company covers the full cost)
  • Digital tachographs and backup cameras on every vehicle for safe driving
Full-time / Part-time📦

Warehouse & Order-Picking Staff

$42,000–$56,000 / yr / from $21/hr

The core work is receiving and inspecting stock, putting it away, picking orders, and prepping shipments. It's a climate-controlled warehouse with a clean, handheld-scanner workflow. Heavy items move by forklift and cart.

  • Indoor work, fully climate-controlled — comfortable summer and winter
  • Paid forklift certification (earn it while you work)
  • Flexible scheduling — part-time and short shifts welcome
  • Plenty of team members in their 50s and 60s thriving here
A Day at Earth

A driver's day

"Logistics means brutal hours, never home" is old news. Fixed routes mean you can count on when your day ends.

8:00

Clock in, check-in, vehicle inspection

Breathalyzer and a quick health check. Pull up the day's delivery list and route in the app.

8:30

Load up, head out on the morning run

Load the roll cages the warehouse team prepped. Each stop runs about 10–20 minutes, at a steady pace.

12:00

Lunch (a full 60 minutes)

Breaks are protected exactly as the law requires. Finding your favorite lunch spot is half the fun.

13:00

Afternoon run, collect empties

Work the afternoon route while picking up empty roll cages and pallets. Stop counts are set at a sensible pace.

16:30

Back to base, clean the vehicle, daily log

Log the day with a few taps in the app. Overtime is rare — most days you finish on time.

17:00

Clock out — nice work today

Time for family, time for hobbies. We're serious about a job that doesn't cost you your life outside work.

Member's Voice

Voices from the team

From what made them join to what the work really feels like — we asked for the honest, unvarnished truth.

I came over from the restaurant business — this is my third year. I had no experience, but for the first month a senior driver rode along the whole time, and that put me at ease. Now I'm the one training the new hires. The fixed route settled my daily rhythm, and honestly my body feels better too.

David M. / 30sRoute Delivery Driver (3 years in)

I was looking for a job I could balance with raising kids. They genuinely work with me on scheduling, and I can take a sudden school event off without any guilt. The warehouse is climate-controlled, there are plenty of women on the team, and it's an easy place to work.

M
Maria K. / 40sWarehouse Picking Staff (Part-time)

I'm here as a second career after retiring. I felt out of place at first because of my age, but there are plenty of people my generation, and they're mindful about keeping the workload reasonable. Every day I feel that "we want you to stay a long time" isn't just talk.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is it really okay if I have no experience?
Absolutely. About 7 in 10 of our hires started with no experience. For the first month, a senior team member rides along to train you, and we time when you go solo to your own comfort level. We'll never rush you.
I don't have a CDL. Can I still apply?
Yes — a regular driver's license is all you need to apply. We sponsor your CDL and forklift certification in full after you join. The more licenses you earn, the more vehicles you can drive, and the more you can earn.
Can I keep up if I'm not confident about my strength?
Loads move mainly by roll cage, pallet, cart, and forklift — work that means lifting heavy items by hand for long stretches is kept to a minimum. Team members in their 50s and 60s do great here. We design the workload safety-first.
Is there a lot of overtime or weekend work?
Fixed routes and fixed areas make finish times predictable, and most days you clock out on time. Any overtime is paid in full, to the minute. We never force weekend work on anyone.
How long does the hiring process take?
After you apply through the form below, our team will reach out within two business days. There's a single interview (a phone chat works too), and we've extended offers in as little as 3 days. We're flexible with scheduling if you're currently employed.
